No description provided.
Summary: No longer strip content-disposition and content-transfer-encoding headers from getFull → No longer strip content-disposition and content-transfer-encoding headers from messages.getFull()

We currently inconsistently strip these headers from all but the first
MIME part. I do not see a reason to strip these headers at all. So
instead of also stripping them from the first MIME part, thery are no
longer stripped at all.
