steps to reproduce:
- change densities randomly continuously
expected behaviour:
- resizing should behave like it does in beta(123), 3 potential sizes and all padding would remain correct
actual behaviour:
- chaos.

Trunk was version 124 until Monday Feb 19. So is target milestone 125 correct for Bug 1880411 and bug 1880593?
