Steps to reproduce

1. Open any PDF with Editable fields in Firefox. (http://foersom.com/net/HowTo/data/OoPdfFormExample.pdf)
2. Add an image and place it over the Editable Fields.
3. Save the PDF file from the Save button from the Toolbar.

Expected result

• The Editable fields should not be visible through the added image.

Actual result

• Simply saving the PDF from the Save button will show the Editable fields through the added image.
  If we Print > Save to PDF the file, the issue does not occur.
