• use FR VPN
• set browser.search.region = FR
• set extensions.formautofill.addresses.capture.requiredFields = empty
• set extensions.formautofill.addresses.experiments.enabled = true
• set extensions.formautofill.addresses.supportedCountries = US,CA,FR
• save at least one address in about:preferences#privacy

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://merci-merci.com/
2. Add an item to cart and proceed to checkout
3. Use the Autofill feature in the Address Form
4. Use Clear form option from the dropdown and autofill same saved address again

Expected result

• The corresponding values are autofilled properly in the Address Form.

Actual result

• Blank values are autofilled in the Address Form when using the Autofill feature second time.
