User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:125.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/125.0

Steps to reproduce:

Start composing a message using the flatpak

Right click -> spelling suggestions -> see that only en-US dictionary is available

Actual results:

Only en-US available

Expected results:

All languages listed in flatpak run --command=ls org.mozilla.Thunderbird /usr/share/hunspell should be available in the context menu

The workaround here works on Thunderbird too https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1881830#c11

According to bz#1881830 the spellchecker.dictionary_path config
in distribution.ini has no effect and no spellcheckers other than
en-US show up. The same can be observed for Thunderbird flatpak and the
workaround listed in the above bug works for Thunderbird too.

So pass that environment variable in the flatpak
