Right now, the "Getting started" default bookmark that appears in release and beta points at https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/central/, a page that offers Monitor, Pocket, VPN, etc. This could possibly be renamed to something similar to "More from Mozilla"; particularly since we're looking at adding a toolbar button on the bookmarks bar that will return the user to about:welcome to finish setup steps, and seeing "Get set up"/"Finish setting up" next to "Getting started" is potentially confusing.
This default bookmark is being removed with bug 194630, but we plan on experimenting with a bookmark-style button that will take its place in 130 release (see bug 1899360). The text and url will be configurable, so marking this a duplicate for now.
