Steps to reproduce

1. Reach the address form on https://www.bijou-brigitte.com
2. Click on any field field
3. Select any of the options for the dropdown
4. Observe "County" field

Expected result

• Form autofill/preview/clear should be applied on eligible fields.

Actual result

• Form autofill/preview isn't applied on the "Country" field.

I was able to reproduce this issue in Nightly 125.0a1 on Windows 10 x64 following the STR from Comment 0. The issue no longer persists in the latest Firefox 132.0b1 version on both Windows 10 x64 and macOS 13.
However I noticed that country "Deutschland" is pre-filled by default when accessing the address form and it is highlighted when previewing the saved values. This pre-filled value cannot be cleared when using the "Clear Form" option. Additionally, when a country other than "Deutschland" is saved in the Form Autofill section from about:preferences#privacy, this value is not previewed in the Country field on the website.
Furthermore, when manually selecting another country from the "Land" dropdown in the address form, the saved values in about:preferences#privacy are not previewed or autofilled in this field. The same behavior is also observed in Google Chrome.
Given that "Land" is a dropdown, should the autofill and preview functionality be expected to work similarly to the other address form fields? Please see the attached screen recording for further clarification.

I can't tell exactly from your video, but note that the dropdown on this site only includes European countries. In your video you are trying to fill in Canada/Kanada which doesn't exist in the dropdown so the field will not be changed.

When manually changing the country in the "Land" dropdown, as shown with Italy in the attached screen recording, the country saved in Preferences is not autofilled afterward. I think that "Deutschland", which was previously saved in Preferences, should be autofilled in this scenario, as the user may have accidentally selected a different country before using autofill. Should the autofill work as expected in this case, that the correct saved country is applied even after a manual selection?
