Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://www.promod.fr/
2. Add an item to cart and proceed to checkout
3. Fill in and submit the Address Form

Expected result

• The address doorhanger is displayed and the values are captured and saved in address management.

Actual result

• Firstname is not captured in the address doorhanger or saved in address management

• The doorhanger is not displayed in Google Chrome.

This seems to work now, possibly fixed by 1754774.

However the address-line3 field is not captured, which on this page is labelled "Entrée, Bâtiment, Immeuble, Résidence"

I can no longer reproduce this issue either in the latest Nightly 133.0a1 on Windows 10 x64 and macOS 11. Marking this as WORKSFORME. Thanks.
