Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Firefox and load lots of different websites in tabs
  2. Select all the tabs and with right click context menu select Pin tabs option
  3. Navigate to Firefox View Open Tabs

Expected result

  • Pinned tabs are expanded to two rows when the first row is full

Actual result

  • Pinned tabs are not expanded to two rows when the first row is full with pinned tabs
