Confirm that this does not need to be behind the feature flag. We will replace the lock icon directly. Updated, new security icon should be behind the feature flag because we don't want to affect Focus or other users of Android Components.

Confirmed with UX that the new security icon should have width of 40dp and height of 48dp to match the action buttons
