The new toolbar redesign updated text size from Body2 to Body1. Make sure this is applied.
This link to a specific toolbar state, but this is equally applicable for all toolbar states with specific colors being used depending on which state you are looking at.
Also, the URL text has its own colour change specifically for the Website toolbar state.
