Steps to reproduce

1. Open Firefox View and select any other category than Recent Browsing
2. Refresh the page

Expected result

• The focus is still over the selected category after refreshing the page

Actual result

• The focus shifts to Recent browsing after refreshing the page

Regression Range

• This seems to have been introduced on 125.0a1 (2024-02-20) by Bug 1850591

I've managed to reproduce the issue on an affected Nightly build from 2024-03-06 on macOS 12.6.6.
Verified this as fixed on Firefox 125.0b5 (20240327092250) on macOS 12.6.6, Windows 10, Ubuntu 22.04. Firefox View has the focus over the selected category after refreshing the page.
However, after refreshing the page multiple times (4-5 times), a brief jump can be noticed intermittently between the refreshes on the "Recent browsing" tab - I am attaching a video and a screenshot as well.
Please let me know if a separate issue should be logged for the above behavior and if this one can be closed as verified. Thanks!

Regarding the other issue I have filed the following ticket: Bug 1888636.
