Precondition

• Have a pinned tab with a notification dot

Steps to reproduce

1. Access Firefox View Open tabs
2. Look over the pinned tabs

Expected result

• The notification dot has the same color in both Tab strip and Open tabs page

Actual result

• The notification dot in the tab strip is Orange, ant the one in Open tabs is Green

Additional notes

• The differences can be seen in the attachment.
• The colors should match for consistency across all Operating Systems.

This is the expected behavior on Linux. We hardcode the color of various things in about: pages (in other about: pages too) while allowing the system theme colors to display in the tab strip because about: pages have a background that is likely different than the background of the tab strip when using system themes. Trying to match the two would potentially cause visibility issues in Firefox View.
