User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:123.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/123.0
Steps to reproduce:
MacOs with external screen connected.
Open youtube.com in firefox on second screen (windowed).
Click fullscreen button in youtube interface.
Make another firefox window active on 1st screen. (windowed)
Actual results:
Menu bar and dock disappear on 1st screen.
Expected results:
Youtube should work fullscreen on second monitor, without affecting dock and menu bar on first monitor.
There is a workarround: when I make Window fullscreen in macos before clicking youtube fullscreen button everything is working correctly.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Widget: Cocoa' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

This will be fixed by enabling native fullscreen.
