Right-click -> save image as... opens downloading dialog,
but progress bar doesn't move staying at 0%

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right-click on some image, say, http://www.mozilla.org/images/mozilla-banner.gif
2. Choose Save Image As... in context menu
3. Download progress dialog shows up

Actual Results:  
progress bar doesn't move staying at 0%

Expected Results:  
progress bar moves to 100%

It is a bug very recently introduced, apparently some days before
2003-01-09-08-trunk
