This bug is for implementing the backup method on the BackupResource(s) that were created for bug 1883747.
We should double-check with asuth if it's possible / practical to backup the items under storage/permanent/chrome.

I think the jury is still out on whether or not we're going to get bug 1887978 in time. For now, I'm going to split out staging the storage/permanent/chrome data stores out from this bug into a separate bug. This bug will focus on staging the other miscellaneous data stores.
