Now that we have motionmark 1.3 running (Bug 1689537) we should look into removing motionmark 1.0 from our CI

There is still the intermittent/almost perma issue of some scores being weird (Bug 1883718) and profiling not working correctly (Bug 1883721)

First step is to reach out to the perf team to determine if there is any value in keeping 1.0, and if not, remove it.
