We can add an intervention to make sure the scrollbar doesn't overlap the menu items, similar to livescience.com and tomshardware.com

There is a comment in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1886293#c2 with additional domains that share the same UI.
These are the sites that affected:
https://www.androidcentral.com/
https://www.creativebloq.com/
https://www.cyclingnews.com/
https://www.laptopmag.com/
https://www.gamesradar.com/
https://www.imore.com/
https://www.itpro.com/
https://www.musicradar.com/
https://www.loudersound.com/
https://www.pcgamer.com/
https://www.space.com/
https://www.techradar.com/
https://www.windowscentral.com/
Perhaps, we could combine them with existing interventions for livescience.com and tomshardware.com and just make one intervention for all. The difference would only be in scrollbar color, but we could probably make it grey.

space.com no longer seems to only use webkit-scrollbar, but also has code to hide them using the standards-based solution. I'll remove it from our webcompat intervention.

(this bug should also still be open, as we're still shipping interventions).
