Addon version 128 landed in bug 1876368. Did that include the changes for all the dependent bugs linked here?

Now that the fix in bug 697151 has shipped, we should be able to get rid of the intervention we added for Healow in bug 1799980 as well (at least, the page seems to work fine for me now without the intervention).
