A bit lame. I cannot take a timed screenshot on Ubuntu now. So I took a short video. If you cannot open it, let me know.
I programmatically created 99 small html files, named 01.html to 99.html. I then created a fresh profile named "test_bookmarks", killed my regular ff instance and opened with "firefox -P test_bookmarks". Then I did a "firefox +.html" in another window to open all of the files in the same window. So, then I had a window with 99 tabs.
Going to the list of available tabs, I can scroll down the list but can only get to about 76 and then it stops. I can use down-arrow in the list of available tabs and go past 76 and the shading which indicates the selectable tab keeps going under the screen and I cannot see it. Is it still moving down? Probably. But I can no longer see where it is.
Very easy to reproduce.

Is this fixed? It looks fixed. I am on Firefox 125.0 on Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS.
I tested. I created 100 html files and opened them in one window. The list of tabs had the right number. They were in a ransom-seeming order, but that is relatively ok.
Looks good.
