188674 - Since build 2003 01 09 images are not saved using right click "save image as"

Not just this page - I've tried other sites - including my own home pages. Right
clicking on an image brings up window allowing saving, bookmarking, etc. Since
2003 01 09 build clicking on "save image as" does NOT save image. The saving box
pops up with from info, to info, time left is unknown, Elasped time is 00:00,
cancel and pause buttons are available but nothing happens. Image is never saved.
Images will be saved using Netscape Communicator 4.78.
Images were saved using previous builds of Phoenix.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.right click on image
2.Click on "Save image as"
3.Click on "Save"

Actual Results:  
Saving box appears but image is not transferred or saved.

Expected Results:  
Should save image in indicated directory

I've seen previous reports of similar bugs (linux and Aix files) but nothing
specific to images w/PCs.
