I uploaded a previous version of these MARs in bug 1880713, but it turns out we needed to set the version in the MARs to 116.0 instead of 115.8.0
Now we need to upload the channel-switching MARs listed in this comment

I uploaded the signed .mars to pub/thunderbird/releases/custom-updates/
