User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/122.0.0.0 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to Account Settings/Copies & Folders.
- Go to Message Archives, "keep message archives"=active.
- Other: "Archive on myaccount@com.pl
- Archive options.
- "Yearly archived folders"=active, press "OK".
- Restart Thunderbird and check - the settings are saved.
- Archive some messages with different dates.
Actual results:
- Annual folders are not created.
- Messages are not broken down appropriately (all in single "Archive" folder).
The same procedure for the twin setting "Folders archived monthly" also does not give the desired result (division into monthly folders).
Expected results:
- Annual folders are created.
- Messages are sorted according to their date (year).

possible duplicate of old bug 561165.
Will need to collect some IMAP logging to be sure; see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=561165#c4
