STR:

• Go to Firefox view and select tabs from other devices.

What happens:

• Tabs from other devices renders but there's no cards and no data rendered (see screenshot)
• Going to another "page" like history and returning to tabs from other devices and it renders.
• You can make it return to blank by refreshing when on "Tabs from other devices"

What should happen:

• It should render on first load.

I was able to replicate the issue on an affected Firefox Nightly 126.0a1 build, from (2024-03-25), under macOS 12.6.6, while following the steps described in Comment 0.
Verified as fixed on Firefox 126.0 RC, build iD 20240506203248, using macOS 12.6.6, Windows 11 and Ubuntu 22.04.
Tabs from other devices are rendering on first load.
