Sorry, I don't have a screenshot for this but will try to add one the next time I see it. I saw a couple instances today when I was looking at bugs that had approval-mozilla-beta? set on them where I would click the Details link and all the dropdowns except approval-mozilla-beta were showing (meaning I couldn't actually change the dropdown from ? to +). In both cases, a Ctrl+F5 made them appear and unblocked the approval.
