User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:124.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/124.0
Steps to reproduce:
First issue regarding the timestamp on live content:
- Navigate to https://www.canalplus.com with a VPN set in France
- Play a live tv content (C8/CNEWS/CSTAR) on this link https://www.canalplus.com/live/?channel=450
- Open PiP mode
- Hover the mouse on the PiP mode
Second issue regarding the subtitles on any type of content:
- Navigate to https://www.canalplus.com with a VPN set in France
- Play a live tv content (C8/CNEWS/CSTAR) on this link: https://www.canalplus.com/live/?channel=450 or a VOD content on this link: https://www.canalplus.com/series/la-fievre/h/24268578_50001
- Open PiP mode
- Try to enable subtitles
Third issue regarding the exit of the PiP mode with the top left cross while content is playing on any type of content:
- Navigate to https://www.canalplus.com with a VPN set in France
- Play a live tv content (C8/CNEWS/CSTAR) on this link: https://www.canalplus.com/live/?channel=450 or a VOD content on this link: https://www.canalplus.com/series/la-fievre/h/24268578_50001
- Open PiP mode
- Be sure that the content is currently playing in the PiP mode
- Exit the PiP mode with the top left cross button (X)
- Look at the current state of the player in the full screen
We would like to have these issues resolved on myCANAL website: https://www.canalplus.com as well as TIMVISION website: https://www.timvision.it.
Thank you very much for your help in writing this site-specific wrapper by overriding some of your methods for our products.
Actual results:
First issue regarding the timestamp on live content:
The timestamp display on the left of the seek-bar is inacurrate and is not giving the current time. The seek-bar is seekable in the future while it shouldn't be possible, with the + 5sec seek button, the seek-bar and the keyboard.
Second issue regarding the subtitles on any type of content:
The enable subtitles button is not clickable.
Third issue regarding the exit of the PiP mode with the top left cross while content is playing on any type of content:
Once the content goes from PiP mode while playing, to full screen when exiting the PiP mode, the content is automatically paused.
Expected results:
First issue regarding the timestamp on live content:
On live content, the seek-bar, the timestamp and the +/- 5sec seek buttons should be removed. The user should also not be able to seek in the past/future with the keyboard.
Second issue regarding the subtitles on any type of content:
We would like to allow user to click the enable subtitles button and display a selection of all the subtitles that are selectable while not in the PiP. The user should be able to select between these subtitles to display them in the PiP mode.
Third issue regarding the exit of the PiP mode with the top left cross while content is playing on any type of content:
If the content in the PiP mode is playing before exiting the PiP mode with the top left cross, the content should still be playing in full screen and not been paused. In the other case, if the content is paused in the PiP mode before exiting the PiP mode, the content should be paused in the full screen window.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Toolkit::Picture-in-Picture' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
