@Jamie, these wpt failures started after landing bug 1887782.
I saw also, that bug 1867939 modified the wpt manifest
I've submited a patch to update the subtest.
Could you take a look?

I can't rule it out completely, but I don't see how bug 1887782 could have impacted this. In particular, bug 1887782 only touches Windows code, but these failures occur on other platforms too.

Bug 1867939 seems more likely, but I'm guessing there's a reason you think that wasn't the regressing bug?

Yes, in the meantime, I did more investigation and bug 1867939 seems to be the culprit
