We will focus on android first (Bug 1890306)
But before this bug gets started, we should submit a try job to see how many things may perma fail from the upgrade first to determine how much work may be involved (just as planned in android https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1890306#c1)
