1890375 - Clean up context menu on special contexts in message

When right clicking in a message on a context like an image the context menu that is opened presents a couple of items that didn't used to be available, or that shouldn't be available in the new layout. You for example get a top context button bar with just the trash button available. Some of the issues would hopefully be addressed by bug 1890374 - however for example the tags menu being broken wouldn't.
