Steps to reproduce:

Set "open message in new tab"

Actual results:

Opening a message already open creates a new tab anyway.

Expected results:

Open a new tab only if email not already open. At least this should the default behavior. I don't see any reason why someone would open the same email twice (or more) to read it.
