As part of the menu redesign, we want to be able to display the user's avatar image in the MozillaAccountMenuButton when the user is signed in to sync.
When a Mozilla account is available, we can get the avatar url via Account.
The task is provide the avatar url as a parameter into AvatarIcon, load the URL as a bitmap and display it as an image. Otherwise, fallback to existing placeholder.
