As we work on capturing our design decisions with design tokens, let's aim to make sure New Tab uses the same design tokens as the rest of Firefox. Upon discussing this with Scott :thecount, this work can be done by piecemeal as new feature work emerges in New Tab.

Once we feel confident that we have a pretty complete token collection in Firefox, we should try to look into New Tab code and replace any reusable values or existing variables with tokens.
