Steps to reproduce:

new upated 4/2024 115.10.0 installed

Actual results:

after this , New thunderbird update arrived, then seems same type problem that was maybe months ago?

thunderbird not open too well, or opens straight to settings page?
Then noticed from task manager, thunderbird program is running background
and must be force closed from task manager.
