Steps to reproduce:

this new update opens bad and running background, not closes

Actual results:

update 115.10.0 , 4/2024 arrived,
opens to settings page always and then running background, must be force closed from task manager (windows 11)

Expected results:

should open to email page, not settings page
and NOT running background when closes

when closes, must just blose
