Steps to reproduce:

Open TB 115.10.0 x64, wait for sync, close TB, wait 10 seconds, try to open again TB.

Actual results:

Does not open any window. Thunderbird.exe visible in processes in Task Manager.

Expected results:

TB should open its main window.
