Not sure where to put this one, posting to Browser as it is affected. My
apologies that this is on a slightly older version, I am not yet keen to upgrade
my email. Hopefully someone can verify this on a more recent version.

If you have mail and browser open, and have the save attachments in mail dialog
open, then the browser does not respond to enter in the address box, nor does
the URL lookahead work.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open broswer
2. Open mail
3. Open an email with attachments
4. File > Attachments > Save All
5. Return to browser
6. Type in a URL 
7. Type in full URL and press enter

Actual Results:  
1. The URL lookahead did not come up with a list of matching URL's from the history.
2. After typing full URL, pressing enter did nothing.

Expected Results:  
1. URL lookahead should have worked.
2. Pressing enter should have loaded the URL


There is no reason that having the save attachments dialong in mail open should
disable the browser. I confirmed this by continuing to save the attachments, and
once the save attachments dialog had closed, the browser address bar returned to
normal expected functionality. I test this two or three times and could
reproduce it every time.

Reporter: Can you reproduce this bug with a recent build of Mozilla (for
example, 1.4rc3)? 

If so, then please comment again with details.

Confirmed. I can reproduce this in the 20030917 trunk nightly following the
steps described by Gavin. I'm a bit stumped as to where this should go too,
trying XP Apps. For the record, this doesn't occur between Firebird and
Thunderbird, but I wouldn't really expect it to since they're run in different
processes.

Sounds like a dupe of bug 74331 for me.
