Pressing return after setting a filter adds an empty line and closes the window.

Steps to reproduce:
- Open "Message Filters" Window
- Edit a filter
- Focus any condition line
- Press the Return key
(Windows 10)
Actual results:
A blank filter condition is added, and the window closes immediately (changes are saved).
Running the filter on a folder after this is likely to match everything and perform the filter's actions on all emails within the target, since the blank condition would typically be positive.
Expected results:
- A new blank condition line is added, window remains open.
Or - No new condition line is added, changes are saved, window closes.
