STR

  1. Open Firefox
  2. Close Firefox with command-q twice

Expected: Firefox quits
Actual: "Close window and quit Firefox?" confirmation dialog comes up repeatedly with each press of command-q.

FWIW I noticed this bug in Release (125.0.2) but can also make it happen in new profiles in Nightly.

Component: General → Keyboard Navigation

This bug has been marked as a regression. Setting status flag for Nightly to affected.

FWIW I can reproduce this issue back to Fx95 which I think was when the dialog was tweaked. Not sure if there is anything different in my steps, but i have these set to true in my config:
browser.warnOnQuit true // browser.warnOnQuit == false will override all other possible prompts when quitting or restarting
browser.warnOnQuitShortcut true // Whether to warn when quitting when using the shortcut key. (true by default for mac)
