Description

Ideally, there are no scenarios in which the SelectTranslationsPanel should be forced to reopen, but we should have that capability just in case.

At present, I cannot think of any legitimate ways to get the panel into an invalid state, but I have done it with Disable Popup Autohide enabled.

It's nice to have a function to force the panel to re-open, and warn if it ever gets used in practice (which it shouldn't).

• Add a force reopen method.
• Call the method if the panel is opened from an invalid state.

Tests to implement

• This isn't testable in automation because ideally this should never happen with normal usage.
