1893061 - Add more sites under jwplayer PiP wrapper for captions support

Once Bug 1891599 lands, we can make use of the wrapper to add more PiP captions support to other sites utilizing JW Player. Here's a list of sites that I know of so far:

• cpac.ca (Canada)
• reuters.com
• Time
• Independent.co.uk
• indy100
• CNBC
