Spun out from bug 1892479. Once the profile management team has the right model figured out on the new ID (we think it'll either be a profile ID or a group ID), we might want to include that in the backup manifest as well.

This is a BackupManifest schema change that will break recovering from
any backups created before this change. However, considering that we
haven't released this feature yet, I figured it wasn't worth the
effort of doing a schema version bump or handling of the prior
version.

Hey Mossop,
In Dublin, you mentioned a different ID that might be better than the group ID... something related to the SQLite database for a particular group. Can you remind me what that was?
