We'll want to store this in the meta property of the manifest, and have these be required. For now we know how to get and store the client ID. In the future, there will probably be something like a profile ID or group ID, and we'll want to store that alongside it.
This is mainly so that we can make a good determination at restoration time if we're likely restoring on the same device, or a new device.

The jury is still out on whether or not profile management will also include a profile ID or group ID to help differentiate profiles on the same device using the new profile manager. I'm going to spin out the profile ID / group ID part into a separate bug, and this one can focus on just getting the client ID into the manifest.
