As sketched out in [1], we'll need to adjust the startup profile selection flow in nsAppRunner SelectProfile / nsToolkitProfileService::SelectStartupprofile to allow starting up into the new profile selector.

This builds on bug 1893666, which adds the flag to nsToolkitProfile to signal that the user wants to launch into the new profile selector.

Be sure to gate these changes on the build-time flag defined in bug 1893315.
