Similar to Bug 1889200 for Tecken, we want to specify the release version in Sentry when initialized via sentry-wrap.py, so that we can use "Resolved in next release" and similar functionality when resolving issues in Sentry.

We might want to complete https://mozilla-hub.atlassian.net/browse/OBS-178 first, and then completing both this ticket and Bug 1893702 together with the resulting tool/process.
