1893876 - Import to CardDAV address book not available

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new address book from a CardDAV service
2. Click on "Import" in the toolbar
3. Select the .vcf file

Actual results:

The CardDAV address book is not available as import target. I cannot import the contacts I exported from Google to my own CardDAV server using Thunderbird. May need to find another software only for this purpose. I hope Thunderbird could even write to the CardDAV server, otherwise it'll be useless anyway.

Expected results:

The CardDAV address book should be available as import target.

I have restarted Thunderbird between creating the address book and trying the import, but it didn't help.
