1894017 - Firefox nightly has a problem with the bookmark drop down menu

Steps to reproduce:

Firefox nightly was just updated to the first 4/29 build and I go to click my bookmark folder on the bookmark toolbar.

Actual results:

When I do this all the icons don't appear at first (just a few of them do). When I hover over the bookmark list then they start to appear.

Expected results:

All bookmarks should appear immediately.
