Its not always a good point in time when the Infobar pops up to asks users to configure this site as a default handler for mailto links and its perfectly valid if users do not either confirm or dismiss the Infobar. But we learn something from showing the Infobar, which is where the Webmailer is located, which is always on the same domain, but with a different path or subdomain. That allows us to ask again in the context of writing mail the same question again. The context of writing emails is also what the Infobar prompt asks about, so that it may be easier to grasp what the question on the prompt means.
