18945 - combobox with scrollbar, entries are highlighted after scrolling

If you have a combobox with so many entries that a scrollbar appears (a good
example is the combobox in the "enter bug" page of bugzilla marked OS: ) and you
scroll the entries with the scrollbar then multiple entries in the list will be
highlighted when you move the mousepointer over them. This highlighting starts
from the entry that is selected up/down to the entry under the mouse cursor.


ran into this bug with nightly build ID 1999111218


  p.s. the testpage under menu Debug ->Viewer demo's ->#8 Form does not have a
combobox with a scrollbar and enough entries. Perhaps it should have one.
