In Account Manager or in Make New Folder dialog i can not type Unicode
characters, I have to paste them from a clipboard.

I'm able to type unicode charcters by using a Chinese IME.

detail steps? thanks!

I can enter Unicode characters when I use any IME method, but with non-IME input
methods like standard Czech or Russian keyboard I cannot type them.
