Steps to reproduce:

click on bookmarks in menu bar, started earlier in the week. Didn't think to submit a ticket when it first happened.

Actual results:

bookmarks only partially open, click on bookmarks again and then they rest of the bookmarks show up.

Expected results:

should show all bookmarks
